Items may be purchased on this Site electronically for personal use only – not for resale. Non-wine products are not restricted and may be shipped to all 50 U.S. states.
The following policy shall apply to all online wine orders.
Purchaser must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from this site. Federal and State laws require the signature of a sober, legal drinking age adult at the time of receipt. Failure to produce age verification upon request forfeits the right to receive a wine shipment and the product will be returned to us.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Laws vary greatly by state regarding wine shipped directly to consumers. Some states do not allow it, while others limit what can be shipped. States listed below currently permit direct shipments of wine to consumers:
District of Columbia
Please note: we cannot ship internationally, to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes, or to counties that do not allow alcohol shipments.

Orders ship via Ground delivery, unless 2-Day Air service is specified when the order is placed. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday to be delivered on regular business days – excluding holidays.
Ground Service: Allow 2-4 business days for delivery within California and 4-7 business days for delivery outside California.
2-Day Service: Allow 2 business days, once package is in transit.
Orders are completed by credit card only: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®.

Returns & Cancellations
During summer periods of high heat and winter periods of extreme cold shipments may be placed on hold until weather permits. You may be contacted by phone or email regarding other shipping options.
If allowed by purchaser’s resident state laws, replacements or credit card refunds may be made for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or found to be unsatisfactory. Please email email@example.com for assistance.
